AIR TRAVEL CHAOS

The present major issues in Brazil includes the growing urban violence, the never-ending corruption of Brazilian politicians, and chaotic air travel caused by disgruntled air traffic controllers that has been ongoing since last year. Regarding air travel chaos the main cause is political cronyism and chronic underfunding in Brazil's aviation system.

For months now, Brazil's air traffic control system has teetered on the brink of collapse. Lack of investment in technology, infrastructure and personnel has condemned the system to a slow demise, while poor administration and weak leadership have exacerbated problems revealed last fall after a U.S.-owned private jet clipped the underside of a Boeing 737 and sent it spiraling to the ground in the Amazon rainforest, killing 154 people. The resulting investigation exposed some of the hidden horrors of Brazil's air traffic control system: black spots in radar coverage above the Amazon, overworked and overstressed air traffic controllers with barely enough English to communicate with foreign pilots, and outdated equipment liable to fail at any time. And then there's the lack of accountability in the hermetic, military-run system. What the investigation hasn't led to are changes.

The truth of the matter is that air traffic controllers are a part of the Brazilian Air Force, and as such are restricted in terms of promotion opportunities. Congress and even President Lula are aware that the controllers will have to eventually be put under civil aviation authority and professionalized further. The problem is that no one has the courage right now to confront the Brazilian military and take away yet one more of its powers leftover from the twenty one years of military dictatorship from the 1964 military coup until civilian rule was restored in 1985.

Sao Paolo Natives

Of all Brazilian states Sao Paulo stands out of the rest due the passivity and foolishness of its people. In spite of the fact Sao Paolo people works and produce wealth more than any other state in the country, they don't have political power to influence actions and decisions of the central government. All important decisions are taken and led for Northeast and Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo is just ignored. As natives from Northeast and Rio de Janeiro are more irresponsible, lazy and corrupted, really a bunch of screw-ups, that nation do not progress and keeps going backwards while almost all other world nations are progressing and producing wealth to their people. Natives of Sao Paulo are so stupid they commemorate 9 of July date they were humiliated by other states of the federation. The subject of reforming Brazilian Air Travel system is one of the foremost topics of the present day in public interest. Pay attention what is gonna happen there on this matter. All changes will be shaped to benefit firstly the Rio de Janeiro and other states except Sao Paolo. Paulistas will get only the leftovers and they don't mind because since long ago they got used to them.

BACKWARDNESS

Every country in the world does everything they can do to grow except Brazil. In the last ten years instead of growing it is going against the stream and stagnating. They named stagnation as economic stability. Why? This is not normal. Then what are they behaving like that?

The only answer is: Brazilians are stupid people, really morons and a fucking race. They love to be fooled and the moment is perfect for them. Since the PT took over they are exposing and taking advantage of these features of Brazilians like no one has before. PT people became experts in charming people the way Indians charm snakes.

They are smart because people offer less danger than snakes and as they are Brazilians they do not offer danger to the politicians at all. This is why the polls there says that the country is not ok but the President is ok. Can you get this insanity? So the present president can easily appoint his successor or if he wishes he can modify the constitution and get his third term.

His policy is to charm the fools and keep the press in short rein. As there is no free press anymore, the press there do what they are asked to do by the PT. Otherwise their financial resources are cut. There the government is the biggest financial provider to the press.

So they are free to do whatever they wanna do. Their corruption cases spread everywhere in all layers of administration, executive, judiciary, politic. You just name it and you will find it. It seems the only thing they want to grow there is the corruption.

All Brazilian politicians are smart asses in domestic situations. However when they face any foreign small challenge they succumb like they did in the case of Evo Morales and Chavez. Brazilian government resolved the issue by striking a complicated deal with Bolivia over gas prices that essentially made concessions to Mr Morales while allowing Brazil to save face. Those two freaks fucked the Brasilian politicians easily and they are still laughing at them.

There is no hope for that joke country because the only way to change things is through education and the present administration made the education there the worst in the world ever. They are not interested in education. They are interested only in stupidity and ignorance because they are experts in manipulating the morons and charming them.

So Brazilians are ridiculous and stupid people, they do not have public spirit, they are predators, they are always trying to fuck each other mainly when they are living in another country.

They are bad drivers, They do not respect the transit rules. The yellow light is green for them. They are always driving like they are going to rescue their mothers from the whore house. Most of them drive under the influence of alcohol mainly on the weekends.

They throw rubbish anywhere in the streets. They are that kind of race good for nothing. They are really mother fuckers. A piece of advice for foreigners: Do not go over there because only two things can happen to you: You can be mugged or you can become just one more "Brazilian snake". Be smart and stay away from there.

Sources of Corruption in Brazil

The government has at least 22,000 public posts at its discretion, which means the public employees and officials are hand-picked, without the need to go through any selection process whatsoever.

That constitutes a weapon in negotiations with the legislature, because the executive branch offers posts to the parties or lawmakers in exchange for support in Congress.

The eradication of this distortion is never discussed, because no party is interested in doing so, since the opposition also makes use of the system, say the experts.

The second major source of corruption, the discretionary budget, allows the executive branch to employ and manipulate public funds according to its interests at any given moment, and to use them to corrupt.

Public tenders are also used to trade favours between government officials and companies contracted as suppliers, in violation of the rules. The situation is further aggravated by the funding shortfall in state oversight bodies.

Corruption has greater repercussions now because the left is involved, but it's no different from the corruption of the past. The people have a short memory when it comes to corruption scandals, which means that the most recent always seems like the worst ever.

In addition to the excessive number of public sector posts filled through political appointments and lack of efficient budgetary controls, there are other structural flaws that favour the diversion of state funds, including excessive autonomy for state and municipal governments, the huge number of municipalities with tiny populations, and the general inefficiency of the Brazilian state.

Final Explanation

Among many others examples of the Brazilian stupidity here are some more:

Cable, health insurance, telephone companies and others impose unconscionable contracts to the customers and the Courts enforce them instead of voiding.

The french rolls, so important in the brazilian diet, formerly sold by unit , now by weight so that they can rise prices without the morons notice. The higher the prices go the crappier is the bread.

Many political and behavioral analysts blame the constitution as the root of all Brazilian problems. Not the written constitution but the unwritten one: The "Brasilis law" or "Gerson's law ".

Here is it:

In Brazilian culture, "Gérson's law" or "Brasilis law" is the law that someone who "likes to take advantage on everyone and everything" follows, in the negative sense of using all situations for self benefit, with no care for ethics or moral principles.

The main idea linked to "Gérson's law" is, undoubtedly, one of the most deeply rooted values in Brazilian culture. While not always openly discussed, the value of that "law", the concept of being "smart", the usage of "connections" or "pulling strings", are part of the conditioned social behaviors that help maintain Brazil's cultural, political and social immaturity.

It is an amoral and unwritten social regulation that is widely accepted: it's okay to bribe, cheat and take advantage of every situation. it seems Brazilians are not willing to break such nasty unwritten regulation. It is up and stronger than ever. It is a typical "carioca" stuff. "Carioca" is a native of Rio de Janeiro state.

CHARMING AND CORRUPTION

BRAZILIAN politics have long been marred by widespread corruption, and the politicians of today are no different. The government of President Luis Inacio "Lula" da Silva has faced accusations of corruption for many years now, which Lula has shrugged off because none of it could be traced back directly to him.

But whether it stays that way is anyone's guess. Pressure from the military forced Lula to change his mind on Monday night, and military commanders have formally accused the maverick controllers of "military crimes." They, in turn, threaten to cause more chaos. Lula is stuck. He can't sack them because there is no one to replace them, and he is afraid to take on the military.

But the outrage that spread across the country in December after similar delays paralyzed the nation has diminished — this time around no one invaded runways. Most Brazilians, accustomed to government inaction, appear to have accepted the chaos at airports, just as they accept chaos in so many other parts of Brazilian life. "This has to be a practical joke," one man laughingly told his friend when his flight was delayed yet again. It's not. It's a practical disaster, with no sign of practical solutions.

So the charming strategy is working and all PT members prefer to stick to it. Clearly wavering between his position as commander-in-chief and his background as a former trade union leader, Lula ended up muddling his way through. But in any case, the air chaos has already exacerbated Brazil's worst infrastructure crisis in six years, shown up the country's president as indecisive and raised questions about the armed forces' control over Brazilian airspace. So, for foreigners the best thing to do now is to stay away from there at least until things improve a bit.

Summer Olympics
in Brazil?

Brazilians' chauvinistic passion to support its athletes in this "hemispheric Olympics'' frequently has turned as ugly as nationalism often does, leading to questions about whether they would behave similarly at the Olympics that Rio hopes to host in 2016.

The ferocity of the booing has shocked even battle-hardened Games veterans like Canada's Susan Nattrass, who was stunned to hear cheering each time she missed a shot in the trapshooting competition. “To cheer for their own shooter when they hit the target, which we don't often see in our sport, is one thing,” Nattrass, Canada's flag bearer in the opening ceremonies, said. “But to cheer when the other shooters miss is just wrong. It’s poor etiquette.”

The hosts offer no apologies for their behavior. Claudio Motta, media manager for the Brazilian Olympic Committee, said Brazilian sports fans were weaned on a soccer culture where such behavior was not only acceptable but expected.

It is really poor sportsmanship
